Kung Fu basic stances
The basic stances are an important part of our kung fu foundation. With proper stance work we can better execute the movements of our kung fu forms.

On Tuesday Officer Elvis Garcia from the Boston police department came to visit YMAA Boston. He gave us a talk about how to stay safe in the city.
A few of officer Garcia's safety tips.
Most importantly, always talk to your parents. Tell your parents about your day at school. Tell them about your homework, playtime, lunchtime, anything at all. The more you talk to your parents the more they'll be able to help you.
Thanks again to Officer Garcia!
