Inspired by Mandla Nkosi at Boston Kettlebell, I've been starting my days with a power packed fruit and vegetable smoothie. It's a remarkably quick and easy way to get some valuable nutrition. I usually prep a large amount of fruits and veggies at the beginning of the week so assembling the ingredients is simple.
