January 15 - March 5 we will offer an 8 week session on the 8 Pieces of Brocade. This is one of the oldest Qigong sets still in practice. It was developed over 1000 years ago and was created by Marshal Yeuh Fei for his troops during the Southern Sung Dynasty (1127-1279AD).
The set can be practiced by anyone: Healthy, Sick, Young or Old. It focuses on the development of the three treasures (Jing, Qi and Shen). There is both a seated and a standing version. We will start with the seated version which begins with 5-7 minutes of meditation.
