Shaolin for Kids

Overview

Kids Shaolin (6 - 12 years old)

Our children's classes use games and exercises to develop physical fitness, coordination, and concentration. This practice builds mutual respect and self-confidence through teamwork, setting objectives, and achieving goals. Kids Shaolin also heavily emphasizes fundamentals, basics, and foundation, which are all essential skills to the development and furthering of a student's martial arts training. It is important for students to build martial morality, good habits, and proper training practices early on in the learning process.

The age group for Kids Shaolin is from 6 - 12 years old, but we often give special permission to students who show talent and potential to attend the Adult Shaolin Kung-Fu classes in addition to the regular Kids Shaolin classes, at no extra charge.
