Overview
The sword is an elegant weapon and oftentimes considered one of the most difficult weapons to master, particularly true for internal styles such as Taiji. In Taiji sword, the sword becomes and extension of your body and Qi, and learning to properly coordinate your body's physical movements with your body's internal Qi flow is essential in making the sword as effective as possible.
In this course you will be learning a traditional Yang-style Taiji sword form and some technique applications.
