Taijiquan Fighting Set

Overview

In ancient times, the Taijiquan Fighting Set was only taught to the most advanced Taijiquan practitioners. It incorporates techniques from Pushing Hands and the solo-Taijiquan sequence, serving as a bridge to connect Taijiquan practice with fighting situations. The Fighting Set is designed to help you sense your opponent's actions and intentions, maintain proper distancing, use proper footwork, and understand fighting strategies.

The Fighting Set is a complex form that contains an offense side and a defense side. It is recommended to learn only one side per class session (14 weeks).
