Tumbling for Kids

Learning tumbling skills is an interesting and different way to work strength, flexibility and balance. Plus, its just plain fun to challenge the body with rolling, twisting, jumping and upside-down skills :).

Tumbling improves:

  • agility
  • body awareness
  • posture

This class will be for children from age 7 up to age 14. Enrollment limited to 10 students.



Instructor: Heidi Butler

Heidi Butler began a gymnastics program at the Ohrenberger Community Center for the City of Boston in 1984, which is still very active today. She also holds a master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is a certified Health/Fitness Instructor under the American College of Sports Medicine. [more...]
