Ben Warner is an RKC-certified Kettlebell instructor and will be holding a brief special 3-hour Kettlebell Lifting workshop on Sunday, June 28th for both YMAA and non-YMAA students.
A kettlebell is a cast-iron ball with a handle. They are used to increase body endurance, strength, explosive power, and balance. Learn how to develop a 30-minute daily training routine to work multiple muscle groups and burn calories. It is a great and proven way to condition your body for any type of athletic training, including martial arts and sports. Kettlebell training also helps you find proper body structure and alignment, reducing chronic body pains and aches. Nowadays, kettlebells can be found in most sports stores, and they are continuing to gain more and more popularity every year.
YMAA students get a 50% discount! The registration deadline is Sunday, June 21st.
If you are able to bring your own kettlebell, please let us know. We have a limited supply of kettlebells at the school, and enrollment will be limited accordingly.
