Baguazhang Classes Back in Session
Adison Martin will be offering an 11-class session on Baguazhang beginning on September 12th. There is an additional discount for YMAA students!
Baguazhang means "Eight Trigrams Palm". It is widely-accepted that Baguazhang originated from the Emei Mountain in China. Like many internal styles, it is beneficial to your health in addition to being a very intricate martial art. Through circular patterns and movements, Baguazhang emphasizes the use of freely-flowing Qi to energize your body's muscles and strengthen your internal body, improving health and vitality. It is a style that incorporates short, middle, and long range fighting through offensive and defensive techniques.
Whether you practice for health, for martial arts, or for both, Baguazhang is sure to be a valuable skillset to add to your knowledge and training.
