Senior fitness is a low impact aerobic class set to contemporary up-beat music. The class emphasizes cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, flexibility and muscular endurance & strength. The exercises can be modified for all ages and varied levels of ability. The music and movement make it a fun and engaging way to get fit and feel fabulous.

Pricing: $40 for 14 class session or $4 per drop in class
