Tai Chi Foundations
Balance and Structure
This class will incorporate solo and partner drills to explore essential tai chi energy and its place in the Yang tai chi form.
Using qigong patterns and Yang style form drills to train these concepts the student will develop a deeper understanding and command of the art. Improved balance, deeper concentration and mental/physical relaxation are all benefits of tai chi.
Foundations Class students will also learn the Yang style 108 posture long form.
This class is appropriate for students of any experience level.
