Our information age is full of distractions. New Summer schedules, screens, social media and an overall hectic pace of life make it challenging for kids and even adults to find focus. In this workshop coach Malu Wilder will teach several different mindfulness techniques to help parents and kids manage our fast paced world. Recommended for kids age 6 and up.
