Kids SUmmer Programs
late Summer Intensive
Aug 24-28 9:30am-12:30pm Ages 7+
Are you ready to build strength, focus, and agility this summer? Join us in the studio for an action packed week! This program is designed to get kids moving through a blend of traditional Kung Fu and high-energy martial arts games.
Throughout the week, students will master fundamental techniques, including Tan Tui and dynamic kicking lines, while building the coordination and confidence that martial arts provides.
Highlights & Activities:
* Kung Fu Dodgeball: Students use martial arts blocks, punches, and kicks to deflect the ball and stay in the game.
* Stance-Based Challenges: We put focus to the test with games like Martial Arts Red Light, Green Light and relay races that require using stances and techniques stances during every handoff.
*Agility Based Obstacle Courses: Balance, run, jump, kick and dodge through obstacle courses on the mat.
* Design your own Kung Fu forms: Students work together to choreograph their own sequences, learning how to link movements with flow and precision.
* Mindfulness & Meditation: We balance the high energy with kid-friendly mindfulness practices designed to improve concentration and mental clarity.
Whether your child is a total beginner or a seasoned student, they’ll leave each day with new skills and a sense of accomplishment.
