The kettlebell is an outstanding tool for creating powerful, high intensity strength and conditioning programs. Kettlebell training provides a unique, full-body workout. Use kettlebells to develop strength, endurance and sustained power. Build core strength, move better and feel fantastic.
Classes are designed to teach students proper body mechanics and the fundamentals of kettlebell training. Students gain the tools to advance their overall fitness goals and to develop to a higher level of kettlebell lifting skill. Each class combines kettlebell, body-weight, mobility and flexibility drills for a fun full body workout. Expect stretching, mobility, a variety of drills and a great burn 🔥 🔥 🔥
Classes runs in multi-week sessions. Each session has specific targets and goals.

This full day seminar is an opportunity to learn fundamental kettlebell exercises. Beginner students will receive detailed corrections to insure that they are performing kettlebell exercises safely and correctly. Students will spend time learning, practicing and perfecting.
