Kettlebell Training

The kettlebell is an outstanding tool for creating powerful, high intensity strength and conditioning programs. Kettlebell training provides a unique, full-body workout. Use kettlebells to develop strength, endurance and sustained power. Build core strength, move better and feel great. 

Classes are designed to teach students proper body mechanics and the fundamentals of kettlebell training. Students gain the tools to advance their overall fitness goals and to develop to a higher level of kettlebell lifting skill. Each class combines kettlebell, body-weight, mobility and flexibility drills for a challenging full body workout. Expect stretching, mobility, a variety of drills and a great burn.
