Outstanding for self defense and fitness, Kickboxing is a stand alone martial arts system and a valuable addition to any traditional martial arts practice.

Students learn basic footwork patterns, punching, kicking techniques and combinations. Kickboxing is rigorous but fun. Students are required to have proper boxing gloves and a mouth guard.

Instructor: Ben Warner

Pricing: $79 per month. Proper Boxing gloves and mouthguard ($75 at signup) are required for participation. Membership runs month to month, no long term contracts.
